Short term and focused. These engagements last one to three weeks.  I deploy a disciplined model to determine current and future states, gaps, develop a plan, implement and follow up to ensure the intended outcomes are being achieved. 

Multi-disciplinary and longer term.  Building Value takes time and the approach is tailored subject to the desired outcome of growth or acquisition. Several departments are involved and multiple change projects are underway simultaneously. These efforts often require 12 to 18 months with my time allocation fluctuating along the way. 

Interim or On demand resourcing. The future is difficult to predict. At times, a Trusted Advisor is needed without much notice to fill a gap. These engagements are tailored to meet your immediate needs.
