1. Started off in the packaged goods sector, establishing a disciplined approach to Sales, Data Analytics and Operations Management. 
2. Moved into the Executive ranks in healthcare, developing capabilities through leading teams of up to 3,600 unionized and non-unionized employees; expanding  knowledge of strategic planning, supply chain management, project management, and stakeholder relations.
3. Further progression in amateur sports and healthcare, evolving to be a trusted advisor, strategist, and caring guide of business transformation.

1.  Business Transformation:   Program management approach introducing new skills, processes, and tools through a series of projects. Dramatically improved performance, patient service, and employee engagement. Reduced turnover from 50% to 10% and improved EBITDA by 3 points. As intended by the owners, eyeDOCS was acquired by a larger chain.
2. Digital Transformation: Resounding success transforming the donor experience, increasing acquisition by 15%. Launched award-winning GiveBlood app yielding 1M downloads, recognized as one of Canada’s top healthcare apps, along with world's first blood operator AI-driven chatbot.
3. Workforce Transformation: Redesigned clinic resourcing model involving 2,000 staff. Created new multi-skilled clinic role, and redistributed work to 20 nurse and support unions to make the best use of valuable resources, and accelerated donation process by 20%.
